What it the cost to register on this site?

Nothing. There are no registration fees for buyers or sellers.

How much does it cost for sellers to place listings?

Cost specifics are explained here. Costs can also be found within your Account Information Page by logging in to your personal "My Account" pages.

How do I actually create a listing ?

Creation of a Classiifed Ad is fairly simple and starts by logging in and then clicking 'List A Machine' in the top left menu.

Whats the difference between Standard and Subscription Membership ?

Standard membership allows for a member to create a Classified Ads and pay them seperately.
Subscription (Dealer) based memberships allows multiple Classified Ads to be created for a single fixed fee.
This can allow for massive savings if a member has or is likely to have more than 5 machines to advertise during the subscription period.

Having registered as a standard member, how can I change to subscription. ?

If you wish to change from standard to subscription or subscription to standard membership the only way is to contact admin and we will happily change your membership type.

I subscribe, can I have multiple classified Ads for the same machine ?

No.
No one wants to see the 100's of adverts for the same machine. If a member creates multiple adverts for the same machine created within the subscription facility - it may well lead to the account being suspended.

When my subscription ends, do my adverts end also ?

No
If your subscription were to end on,say, 21st May and you created an advert to last for a month on the 19th May. The advert would run until 19th June even if you did not renew your subscription. .

My Featured Ad is not on the main page - why?

Choosing to make your classified Advert featured will allow it to be placed on the front page, just below the menus.
However space is limited and so all featured ads are displayed in turn, everytime a browser views the home page, a new set of featured ads will be displayed.

Is this site secure?

Yes. Your transactions are protected by the latest SSL encryption technology on all pages that transfer private data.

How are payments processed?

In addition to our SSL encrytion, Press Superstore uses the commercial version of PayPal on line payments. The reason for this is that PayPal have proven to be safe, reliable and secure. It also offers protection against internet/credit card fraud.

How do I find what I'm looking for?

You have several options:

• We offer a "quick search" bar at the top of our pages for you to enter keywords and categories to search.
• We offer an Advanced Search page for you to refine your search criteria.
• If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.

Can I save items to revisit later?

Yes. You can maintain your own "favorites" list within your account. Each listing on our site has an "add to favorites" link. Simply click that link and we will add that item to your favorites list.

What if I can't find what I am looking for?

You can set up search filters within your account area. Our site will then screen all new listings, as they are placed on the site, and if an item is listed that meets your filter (search) criteria, we will automatically send you an email notification.

How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?

We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous.

How can advertise my company by placing a banner and web link to my website ?

We can provide you with advertising space throught the website at very competive rates. Or you can place a link on our Resources pages provided a back link is also placed on your website.

How do Subscribe and Unsubscribe from your newsletter ?

The Press Superstore newsletter is designed to be useful and informative.
We send the newsletter out on a regular basis to provide you with details of the latest machines on the website along with details of any special offers and discounts available from time to time.
You can subscribe to our newsletter by completing the online subscription form and after providing some basic details and submitting the request you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours to ensure the email address was correct. To confirm the subscription simply reply to this email (no need to add any text as it is read by a computer not a human) and you will begin to receive our newsletter.
To unsubscribe you can reply to any of our newsletters but change the subject line to unsubscribe and our software will remove you from the list. Alternatively go to our unsubscribe page and unsubscribe online.

Do I need to register to use the the Forums ?

Yes. The forum pages require a user to be logged in order to write in the forums and so you will need to have registerd on press-superstore.com. Having done so, once you are logged in, you can add to the forums.
